Cancellation & Refund Policy

SHRI RAM SERVICES believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Overview

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made before dispatch. The cancellation request may not be entertained if the order/s have been assigned to delivery/courier partner.

  • Our replacement, refund and returns policy lasts 07 days. If 07 days have passed since your delivered date, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • We do not accept cancellation/replacement/return/refund requests for perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Additional non-returnable items are Gift cards, Downloadable software products, Some health and personal care items.

  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of the products.

  • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

  • In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

  • In case of any Refunds approved by the SHRI RAM SERVICES, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (maximum 15 working days).

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are having manufacturing defects or wrong model shipped. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at srs260718@gmail.com
and send your item to our shipped from address.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, no return or replacement will be accepted of gift items. In case the main item is returned for full refund, then that gift item must also be returned back to us to.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail product to our shipped from address or “776, NEW SHIVPURI, RAILWAY ROAD, HAPUR, Uttar Pradesh – 245101”.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
